Your answers are going to help us gain a thorough understanding of who you are as people, the way you live and the details of the project you have in mind so we can best advise how to move forward together.  

It is our job as architects to translate and challenge your brief, to create a holistic vision for your new home. So don’t stress about trying to envisage the entire house, just focus on the elements that are important to you.

Study requirements? Kids / adults? Work from home? Close proximity to living or quiet space?

Entry / mud room needs? Shoe / coat / hat storage? Bench seat?

Storage requirements? Eg. Main bed walk in robe? Other bedrooms built in robes? Linen store, seasonal storage, sports / exercise equipment?

Carport / garage? How many cars? Bikes? Tool storage?

Are there any special items of furniture you want to use in the new house/space?

Natural light ideals? eg. North facing living.

Preferences with ceiling heights / features (eg. Raked / flat / exposed rafters)    

Preferences for windows / doors. How would you like them to open / close, materials, glazing etc.
