A small family home on a compact block, this was a simple house that was as the starting point for a young couple and their growing family. Exhausted by the available options, they engaged the young Andy Verri to design their home. In collaboration with the builder, Andy helped the owners grind and seal their concrete slab in one weekend. Other choices were made throughout the process to help deliver the home for $360,000 back in 2009.
